I am a Co-founder and Partner at Vencap Advisory and LMD2 Cap, a group of angel investors. I recently launched “Innovations – A Venture Studio” with a focus on ethics to help deserving startups thrive while providing mentorship and support.
With a background in education, I serve as a trustee for educational trusts and societies, contributing to social welfare initiatives.
My key responsibilities include deal origination, driving co-investments with VC funds, family offices, and angel investors. I also oversee portfolio management and exits.
I believe in designing customer-centric organizations that eliminate trade-offs between value and cost through innovation.

CA. Ankit Agarwal is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) with an experience of more than 18 years as a Practicing Chartered Accountant.
He has vast experience and has been a Business, Risk, and Financial Consultant to many Start-up businesses. He has been associated as a consultant with KPMG and has act as Business Risk Consultant to many companies like Bharti Airtel, Sony India, Beetel, VIOM, PVR Cinemas, GSK (Gloxosmithkline), etc.

More than 9 years of expertise in Compliance Management, Corporate Law Compliance, Due Diligence, FIPB, Venture Capital Fund, Joint Ventures, equity participation, NGOs, spearheads lot of initiatives & actively contributing to the society via her educational ventures. She is an Associate member of ICSI & worked across locations in the country.
